Site survey
An engineer visits, measures, photographs and records any risks.
Itemised quotation
Every line priced, tax shown separately, warranty terms included.
The work
Progress photos as we go. Any change is approved by you first.
Handover
Snag check, warranty certificate and the final invoice.
Changes during the work
If the scope changes once work has started, the change is written up and priced as a variation and sent to you. Nothing extra is done until you approve it.
Payment
Payment terms are stated on each quotation. Larger projects are billed in stages agreed in advance.
Warranty
Warranty terms are stated on each quotation, and you receive a warranty certificate at handover.
